NY Train/Outdoor Advertising To Get More Creative in 2009

The New York City transit system is adding a new site for advertisements: the interior of subway tunnels. Starting next spring with the 42nd Street-Times Square shuttle, passengers will see advertising outside the windows as the train travels between stations. The messages will look rather like jumpy 15-second TV ads. Check out this great idea!

For centuries they were persecuted and lived like outcastes. After going through the horrors of Holocaust, the Jews and state of Israel should have learnt the cost of life and become humane. Sadly, it commits the same holocaust on another marginalised community--the Palestinians, for pure political reasons. Isn't it greatest irony of human history?
