Obama "F-Bombed" his church with improper campaign speech

The Internal Revenue Service has cleared the United Church of Christ of accusations that it violated its tax exempt status by hosting Barack Obama’s “A Politics of Conscience.” The IRS’s finding is that the UCC did everything it should have done to prevent Obama from misusing its tax exempt resources to support his campaign.

The signature defect of modern political journalism is that it has shredded the ideal of proportionality. Important stories, the product of months of serious reporting, that would have captured the attention of the entire political-media community and redirected the course of a presidential campaign, these days can disappear with barely a whisper.
