Riding in the Brussels weather conditions

From May to October, the weather conditions in Brussels are what I call "Perma18": permanent 18 degrees celsius, grey sky if you are lucky and grey sky WITH rain if you are not lucky. Riding a bike in these conditions is surely not nice.
