Cheney Wanted His Pet Scooter Pardoned

Dick Cheney has sour grapes over the fact that his old boss George neglected to grant a full pardon to Scooter Libby on his way out the White House door. Dick thinks the whole Libby trial and conviction was, in his words, a “miscarriage of justice”.
