There are scientists who still report evidence of rising global temperatures (Click chart) while others report that Antarctic ice is increasing . Can both finding really be true?? Mo. finance board backs governor's loan program (INO News)

(AP:JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.) Gov. Jay Nixon has won approval for a $2 million loan program for small businesses. The Missouri Development Finance Board voted Tuesday to set aside the money and begin taking applications for the loans.
